Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day, in the case of a sales contract: on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. In the case of a contract for several goods which the consumer has ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately: on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods.

In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces: on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period: on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the first goods.

If several alternatives come together, the most recent point in time is decisive.

Consequences of revocation

Manage orders and submit a return request

1. Log in to your account
2. Enter your email address in the **Email** field and then click **Next**.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.
4. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit verification code.
5. Click on the order you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you would like to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a store note. 5. Click on **Request a return**. If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. If the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
